The New Year!!

Well I did some changes on the side for links and such. You will notice that I don't have the links complete for my characters except Krys, but I am at work, and we have websense, which blocks gaming sites, although I can read the "official forums" Its odd. Anyways, I tried proxy, but that gives you some goofy ass address and its not the proper link, so I will have to do that at home.

I have lots of pictures filling up on my new camera, have to get that printer hooked up and the camera software installed, doing that this weekend. And then it will be time to spread the love with pictures =) Have to show off those two beautiful boys of mine.

Resolutions:

EQ: Play when I can and make all the stinking food Zym has sitting in the bank for the guildies. Just cant get motivated for that, as I get no XP, and we really really need those batch refines. /nod yep yep. Krys's goal is just to keep up with the pace, be at top level before expansions, and slowly work on gear, or faster, depending on the rate I can get some money.

RL: OMG, since we have been without a camera for so long, its take lots and lots and lots of pictures of the babies. As for anything else, I hate making resolutions, because I always end up breaking them.

As for the weight loss thingy up top. I haven't changed it, well, because I haven't lost anything over the holidays. Haven't gained anything either, so that's good. We should be back to normalcy by the end of this weekend. And I can get back on track.

Oh oh, I did think of one more resolution. And that is to keep in touch with my friends better, because I really suck at that. Love to Stephen, Erik, Kim, and Denise /hugs =) (Yes, I only have four friends =p)

EQLand: Dinged Krys 37 sage, helped Scott finish up his blade of assassin heritage, checked ferrott for my last bouncer, killed PH went to bed. So Exciting!!!!

Merry Christmas

What a weekend this has been! Lets see, I wrote on Friday, I think it was. So Friday night, Scott’s mom took the boys out to dinner and then shopping. They left at 6:30 and got home at about 9:15. In that time, we were able to clean the house, finish up some cookies, make Port Wine Cheese Spread, and wrap all the presents for the boys and each other, and every one else.

So they get home, and whine of course about going to bed. Here is where I notice that Nathan is a little congested, and despite my best efforts, including holding him down, I cannot get him to take any medicine. Anyways a good hour later, they are finally asleep and then Scott and I head off to bed. I know that we did end up playing EQ, but I have no clue whatsoever what we did.

So Saturday we get up at like around 7:30am, Scott had to work. Now, they left him with an open-ended schedule, meaning they had no clue what time he was going to come home and be done with work. So I pick up the little, basically meaning, I follow the boys around and clean up their messes. Then I get THE phone call. The one where Scott says that he is going to end up working until his normal shift of 4:00, with no chance in hell of getting out early, to enjoy Christmas Eve with the family.

So anyways, we work around that, I make my Scrumptious Carrot Cake. Yummmmmmmmmy!!!!! And then finally Scott gets home, which leaves us about 45 minutes, and we have to leave. We head over to Scott’s cousins house, and stay there for a little bit and then head to my mom and dad’s, dropped off the boys and went home. My parents took the boys out to see Christmas lights and such for about an hour. It was just enough time to get the rest of everything in order and take a shower. For both of us.

Once the boys got home, which was about 9, we changed them into pj’s and then headed to the computer and checked the Santa tracker. That was cute. Trenton was getting all excited. So then we set up the cookies and the milk, put the reindeer food in bowls and set that outside, left the porch light on so that Santa could see his way into the house, and tucked them in. Read them a story. Then turned out the lights. All you could hear for about 5 minutes was Trenton talking to Nathan. “Nathan go to sleep, if you don’t Santa won’t show up and give us presents.” Then Nathan says “k” and that was it. They were out.

We put out the presents and then went to bed. YeeHaw!!

Christmas morning was cool. And crazy. They opened presents enjoyed all that they got, and then Trenton had a fit that Nathan’s presents were bigger. But then Scott had a talk with him, and said that his were cooler than Nathan’s and that made Trenton feel all better. People came over, we made dinner, and OMG Scott made the most wonderful ham. God I love my husbands cooking. And then of course we got to open more presents. Now lets see if I can get this right.

Trenton
V Smile Pocket (this was actually for both boys)
Games for the V Smile: Spiderman, Scooby Doo, and Mickey Mouse
Sorry game, with Disney characters
A bunch of little stocking stuffers
Two movies: Willy Wonka (with Johnny Depp) and then March of the Penguins
A slot car set
A Disney shirt, with Dash on it

Nathan
Two games for the V Smile: Elmo’s world and Care Bears
A Disney shirt, with Buzz Lightyear on it
A Thomas the train video
A wooden train set
A wooden army base/plane set (with 1000 little pieces)
A real train set, oh boy did that make him soooo excited
A little Einstein’s video

(I cannot remember everything, I need to start writing this crap down)

Scott
A nice shirt
An Eric Clapton CD

Me
A CSI puzzle (cant wait to start on this)
The Garth Brooks CD from Walmart
Three new outfits

Scott and I
An absolutely beautiful wind chime
A refrigerator (Scott’s mom)
A stove (from each other)
A digital camera, memory card, accessory set and a printer that you can hook up to the computer, or just pop the camera on it (from my parents)

This Christmas totally rocked.

Well, I did end up with one gift that I did not want, and that was Strep Throat. So yay me, I ended up with Monday and Tuesday off, so I played EQ all day. =)

EQland: I played a lot and ended up at 50% through 57, I hope to be 58 by the end of the year, and am anxiously awaiting the announcement of the expansion to see if we get a level increase or not. If we don’t, I suppose I will have several characters at 60, at least
tradeskill wise.

Awwww, my poor blog....

is lonely. =p. I have been sooooo busy as of late. Not cool, all I want for Christmas is a nice long nap and a drink =) First I am gonna do this one backwards.

EQUpdate: Krys is now a lovely level 56. And, OMG OMG, I got a master chest drop the other night, and closed my eyes, praying. "Come on, Ice Comet Master 1. Come on baby be in there. I moved my mouse over the chest, clicked on open as I closed my eyes. And what should appear before me as I opened them. Well, lets put it this way, I screamed so loud, I think I woke the babies. Yes sir, Ice Comet, Master 1 in my hot little hands. WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then last night, I am cruising the broker, (I need to get my Intelligence up, now that I have that lovely new spell) and what to my wondering eyes should I see, but a beautiful robe with Flowing Thought II (would sound much better if it were three) For only 3pp while everyone else is selling for like 10-15pp. So my happy ass ran up there and purchased that puppy. Keepers Robe of Quiesence (cant spell that, but if not mistaken it's the same as the EQLive Shaman spell) But I need some suggestions as to where to camp or what to buy to boost my INT. I am sitting at 326, and IC hits for max 5545, although I did get a 6k hit the other night, that rocked, about one shoted a lvl 54^. Was pretty nifty.

Eyezes finally dinged 51, hes so slow, lol. But he quit playing him for awhile, til they figured out most of the coercer stuff. He says "We were so screwed up, but now I can solo again, YAY!" My husband is so weird.

Oh one other thing: Concussive. Not bad, I did get a chance to use it the other night when trioing with Modex, I can pull aggro from his pet quite easily, so this was nice, cast it, cast IC, and boom, no aggro, for the time being. Wasnt too bad, but I can believe it will be fairly useful, on the big long fights. =)

RL: Not as exciting. I have made 14000 cookies. Okay, maybe not that many, but damn it feels like it. We are also hosting Christmas dinner at my house. YAY!

The boys are boys, the hubby, is being himself as well. Work has been hectic, C's mom passed away, so shes out all week, L has been sick, so she was gone two days and Peter has spent every afternoon at Hyundai, because their office manager is on medical leave. HECTIC.

But I have next Tuesday off, and I am gonna sleep sleep sleep.

Damn, bossman is here, will try to write more later and if not. (screw PC) Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edit: Proof reading is your friend. bah.

Major Appliances

YAY me!!!! We are getting a new refrigerator and a new range on Saturday. Woohoo. Now I wont have to worry about the oven being 100 degrees off anymore. You know how nice that will be? And the fridge. With like fifteen door slots, for all that stuff, you know like ketchup and the like. Will save soo much room. It also has that door in the door thing, where you open this little cubby door, and you can pull out the milk. And....it has a child lock on it.

Well, yesterday it was supposed to snow like 14 gabillion inches, and we got around 2, HA!!!! it was pretty though.

The bus forgot to pick Trenton up yesterday as well, so he got a free day off school. As it was snowing big time when the babysitter called. So I just decided he didnt have to go yesterday. He told me, you know mom, I got to play all day at Ms Mel's and it was fun but boy am I worn out. lol. I thought that was cute.

I really need a digital camara. Badly. I want to take so many pictures. Maybe that will be a goal with income taxed this year. We are this close to getting EIC again this year. I hope we do, but if not, I dont we will ever get it again. With Scott working again. But OMG if we do. The past two years it was a 5k return on my taxes. 5k in my hand. I could really use it again this year. As we are close to finally having all the finances in order and being able to finally live comfortably.

EQUpdate: We went tooling around the living tombs last night. Me, Scott and his brother. (wizzy, coercer, necro, in that order) and boy did we have fun. The three of us are very very capable of taking out heroics. We prefer the ones that are actual groups of mobs, as we mez and then take em out one at a time, but ^^^ are no big deal either. As in enough open area I can take a ^^^ arrow on myself. Takes a while, but I can do it. But anyways we found this nifty little spot in the tombs, so I think we are gonna be hanging out there tonight, not to mention the dungeon XP modifier is always a nice boost =)

Jingle Bells

Santa smells. Robin laid an egg. The batmobile lost a wheel and the joker got away, HEY!! I have heard that 14 billion times this weekend. =/

All the christmas shopping is done, Everything. Now just to wrap, what fun. But the boys ended up with some good stuff, will run the list after christmas. I am sure between, my mom and dad and Scotts mom and dad, it will be a long list.

Saturday morning, I got up and was wondering around, and I hear drip drip drip. Our bay window was leaking, and the gutters had enough ice in them to kill a deer. So Scott spent part of the day out there chipping all that ice away, and Viola, no more leak in the bay window. Trenton was outside with him as well. Too funny, he is. He was making snow angels, and then shovelling stuff and scraping ice off the house. He was out there for about 2 hours. He fell asleep at 6:15 and slept til 8am on Sunday.

I ended up making 3 loaves of banana bread. Yes they didnt touch a single banana I bought, so I made bread, the stinkers. I also made strawberry pancakes, picked up the house, did 7 loads of laundry, did 2 loads of dishes and played EQ2 for 2 hours. I used my time wisely, OH OH, and I made egg rolls for dinner, so from start to finish, it took me 1hour and 15 minutes. Yup, just call me Susie Homemaker =p

Nathan is being Nathan, just as cute as can be, but he is beginning to be a pain to put to bed at night, I think its time for the naps to start slowly going away. Yup yup.

EQUpdate: Dinged 55 with Krys, Eyezes got 51, we found a good name farming place until...we realized his drops were lore. Which wouldnt be bad, except we are wearing the drops, so no more looting looting, from that guy. We did get a master chest from him, which was cool. Lets see, I also got my jeweler to 26, and began working on tradeskill stuff for krys. need to log in Zym and make more food and drink, but hell, thats hard to do when you are 60 and cant get any experience. It sucks. Maybe I will do that at lunch today, and ust get it out of the way.

I am getting bad at keeping this updated

Well other than the fact that baby and I have both been hunkered down with the flu, not a lot goign on. Although, I did take Trenton out on Monday for some Mom and son time. He really enjoyed it, and I kept him out too late and I paid hell for that yesterday. But we did have a really good time.

We went out to dinner, then went to Toys'r'us and the mall. And he played in the play area.
It was fun.

No EQUpate, as I have been so sick that I have been going to bed early, and when I havent been feeling like shit, I still am tired.

And I havent weighed myself in a while, think I will do that today, although I have a feeling it wont be good =(

I wanna do that again!

EQUpdate: OMG. I spent approximately 25 gold on the stupid gigglegibber goblin gambling game (say that 5 times fast while drunk =p) to try to win the (at the time) 475pp jackpot. Of course, I am not 475pp richer, but someone on Najena in the middle of the night, is now 500pp richer. Congrats to them =)

We ended grouping, Scott and I, with Borac and Sinister, and Modex tagged along. We went to Clefts of Rujark and hit the third floor, Epic X2 groups. OMG. Can I say that again? OMG. I think we fought for about 2 hours, maybe. I started the night with no Xp into 54. I ended the night with 57% into 54. That was some rocking ass XP. I am all about doing that again. Hell ya!!!!!!!!!
